BICO WARRANTY SUBMISSION

Please fill out the form below within 7 days of delivery to validate your Bico Warranty on your mattress.

The warranty covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation (more than 2 cm) in the Bico material. The warranty does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties. The warranty is valid only if the Bico product is used and handled as described in these instructions for use. For any manufacturing defects on the covers, the same warranty will apply as per above. If a claim is made under the warranty, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as validation of your purchase.
